''We contacted Leah for her help at the end of 2020 when deciding that we wanted to do some work on our property. This involved a garage conversion and small ground floor extension on the rear of our house in order to create a toy room, and to extend our existing kitchen space.
On our first consultation to get their opinions as to what would be possible, what the best use of space was and roughly what the layout of the proper would look like upon completion. We found Leah to be approachable and friendly whilst extremely professional, and were really impressed with her ideas, how quickly she was able to visualise what we wanted, and of course her technical knowledge. As well as accommodating our initial plans, she was also able to suggest more cost-effective solutions.
The drawings that Leah produced throughout were to a very high standard, with various builders commenting on the quality and level of detail compared to what they had seen on similar projects. She was always happy to make any last-minute alterations and produced them in a timely manner. During the project we found Leah to be reliable and always available to talk, responding quickly to calls, emails or texts with her 'can-do' attitude!
